RETURNS, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We accept returns/ cancellations from customers who purchased their Astro Life Science product from our web store www.astrolifescience.com. We are not able to offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us. Return shipping is not free of cost. We accept return / exchange request if received within 15 days of receipt of the product by the customer.

Items must be in new and unused condition and be sent to us in the original packing with price tags and labels attached. We will not be able to process refunds for products returned with dirt/damage or wear and tear. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, etc., the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment

If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. Astro Life Science will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.

Replacement of the same product is validated if you received a damaged or defective item. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the date of initiation of your request to return or exchange the product, to complete the return or exchange process.

Astrolifescience.com holds no responsibility or liability about the reality or reliability of the astrological effects on the human physiology, by the products represented and sold on the website. On ordering the customer assumes full responsibility upon this matter. Thus, no refunds will be issued on this ground.

Any damage caused to the product while in transit, will be dealt with by Astrolifescience.com and its agencies. While Astrolifescience.com tries to make sure that the products displayed on the website are delivered to the customer in an as-is condition, the picture may differ slightly from the original product. The customers are advised to exercise discretion in this matter. No refunds will be issued on this bias.
